Welcome to LaptopBuddy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of laptopbuddy.co.in, including customer accounts, product purchases, payments, delivery, returns and refunds. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Compatibility
LaptopBuddy sells laptop parts, components and accessories. Customers should verify the exact laptop model, part number, connector, voltage, dimensions and other compatibility requirements before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, images, specifications, prices and availability accurate. Minor differences may occur due to manufacturer revisions, packaging or display settings.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
4. Prices and Orders
Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice. An order is subject to product availability, payment confirmation and verification. LaptopBuddy may cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing/listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect information or other legitimate operational reasons.
5. Payments
Online payments may be processed through Cashfree or Razorpay. Payment is considered received only after successful confirmation from the applicable payment gateway. LaptopBuddy does not intentionally store complete card credentials, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Customers must provide an accurate delivery name, phone number and address. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible customers may submit refund requests through their account. An approved online refund may be processed through the original payment gateway. Cashfree payments may be refunded through Cashfree and Razorpay payments through Razorpay.
8. Warranty and Installation
Warranty coverage, where offered, is subject to the product/manufacturer terms. Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible parts, physical or liquid damage, electrical surge, misuse, modification or tampering may not be covered. Internal components should be installed by a suitably qualified technician where appropriate.
9. Contact and Support
LaptopBuddy may provide support through the Contact Us form, email, telephone and WhatsApp. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, passwords or other confidential banking credentials through these channels.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use the website for fraud, fake orders, false refund claims, coupon abuse, unauthorized access, malware, disruption, unlawful scraping or any other unlawful activity.
11. Intellectual Property
LaptopBuddy branding, website content, design, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
12. Website Availability and Force Majeure
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. LaptopBuddy is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, courier disruptions, payment-gateway outages and server failures.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Privacy
Your use of LaptopBuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.
15. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
